Izjava o digitalnoj pristupačnosti

We have invested significant resources to ensure that our website is, to the greatest extent possible, accessible to persons with disabilities, without barriers in interaction or access to digital content. Digital information and services are considered accessible when all people can easily perceive and understand them, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments.

Website accessibility is further supported by an accessibility add‑on, the “Accessibility Menu Widget”, which enables the website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (NN 017/2019).

The Accessibility Menu can be activated by clicking the accessibility icon located in the bottom right corner of the page. After activating the menu, please allow a moment for it to fully load.

Accessibility Features Implemented on the Website
In addition to the Accessibility Menu, we ensure that all content created and published on the website is accessible to persons with disabilities, older users, and/or users with reduced abilities by meeting specific criteria (WCAG 2.0):

The main menu can be navigated using the TAB key on the keyboard

Every published image includes an alt tag describing its content

Text is left‑aligned to improve readability for users with concentration difficulties and is displayed in a size equivalent to 16 pt in printed materials

Background and text contrast ratios follow recommended standards wherever possible

Links generally include descriptive text indicating their destination

The website does not contain audio or video content that plays automatically without user interaction

The website can be fully navigated using a keyboard

Published text uses a font compatible with screen readers and can be increased or decreased via the Accessibility Menu or free browser extensions

The website’s contrast can be adjusted

There are no forms or scripts with time‑limited execution

The website is responsive and adapted for display on all devices

There is no automatic language switching that could confuse users

For better readability and easier navigation, special attention is given to spacing between elements and consistent navigation, which can also be further adjusted through the Accessibility Menu

Colors or graphics are not the sole means of conveying important information

Non‑Accessible Content

Exceptions to full compliance are reflected in the following:

although most elements are designed according to HTML5 standards, some elements are not adequately labeled for blind and visually impaired users to fully use assistive technologies

the names of certain links should more clearly specify the content they lead to

before filling out forms, users should be provided with instructions for completing them

some PDF documents are not readable by screen readers because they are provided in image format, which screen readers cannot interpret
